How I work
You build it. I help you get there.
No binder, no big reveal. I bring everyone who owns or steers the business to the table from day one, so the brand belongs to the people who will live it.
The brand work, step by step
- Step 1
Listen
I start by talking with each founder, owner and decision maker. I learn where you are, where you want to go and what’s getting in the way. Then I play back honestly what I heard, including where your versions differ.
- Step 2
Discover together
Guided working sessions where you clearly define and articulate your purpose, your ideal customer, your personality and your promise. This is where buy-in happens.
- Step 3
Define the brand
We put what you found into clear words and a consistent identity: positioning, voice, look, logo, your brand identity, your brand promise and the “why” behind what you do. We work it through together, round after round, until the brand is built and the story is the same.
- Step 4
Through the brand lens
Everything passes through the brand lens: product placement that reaches your ideal customer, your distribution channels, how you go to market and everything in between. When every piece of the brand is working together and everyone is bought in, the brand becomes the soul of the business, the core values behind every decision. That’s the moment you stop being a company and become a brand.
- Step 5
Measure & grow
We set tangible, measurable goals and a steady rhythm for tracking growth, accountability and tasks. That’s where the End in Mind Tools come in.
Why everyone’s in the room
A brand handed down from the top, or from an outsider, rarely survives the first busy quarter. When you build it together, everyone understands why it matters and defends it. That’s the pull, not the push.
It doesn’t stop at a logo
A great logo is nice. A brand that shows up in the work every day is better. So once the brand is built, you get a steady way to grow: clear goals, clear owners and regular check-ins.
End in Mind Tools
After the brand work, five simple pieces keep it going. Picture the end in mind as a corner of the room. Point to it, then work back from it.
Once, at the start
The Same Page
The brand story you worked out together, on one page every owner agrees on and owns.
Once a year
The Corner
Where you want to be by this time next year, the numbers that prove it, and the three to five big moves that get you there. Then we break it back into quarters, months and weeks, each with who and by when.
Every 90 days
Quarter Check-In
Is the corner still the right corner? Set the next quarter’s few priorities, with who and by when.
Monthly
Monthly Mile Marker
How far you came this month: what got done, what keeps carrying over, and the few numbers you watch.
Weekly
Weekly Table
The core. Who & by when, done or not done, and for anything not done, the why and the help needed. Every meeting closes with one question: are we at 80%?
You run your own weekly meetings. I check in with you at the quarterlies and the annual, at your request or as you see fit. Then rinse, wash, repeat.
